please follow these steps to submit your requests:

1. Log into the new software using your account. If you don’t have an account yet, please reach out to us for help. Contact Us.
2. Go to the “Request” section.
3. Fill out the form with all the details about your maintenance issue or concern. The more information you provide, the better we can assist you.
4. Once you submit your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to check the status of your request anytime.

If your repair is urgent and poses a safety or property risk (such as electrical faults, water leaks, or broken locks), please call our Emergency Line for immediate assistance.
