At Icon Co-living, your safety and comfort are our top priorities. While our team is always ready to assist during office hours, we understand that emergencies can happen at any time. That’s why we’ve established a streamlined process for handling urgent situations outside of regular hours.
What to Do in Case of an Emergency:
- Medical Emergencies
If you or someone in the property is experiencing a medical emergency, please contact emergency services immediately by dialing 998 (UAE Ambulance) or 999 (Police). After ensuring that help is on the way, inform our emergency contact number so we can assist as needed. - Fire or Safety Hazards
In the event of a fire or a situation that poses a danger to life or property, immediately evacuate the building and call 997 (Fire Department). After contacting emergency services, reach out to our emergency contact so we can provide support and coordinate further assistance. - Water Leaks or Electrical Issues
For urgent property issues like water leaks, power outages, or electrical problems that pose a serious inconvenience or hazard, please call our 24/7 maintenance emergency line. We’ll dispatch a technician to resolve the problem as soon as possible. - Locked Out or Key Issues
If you find yourself locked out of your room or experiencing issues with your keys, please contact our emergency number. Our team will arrange prompt assistance to help you regain access to your room.
